Formally called the Veldskoen boots, "vellies" are 'desert boots' that are handsewn from pieces of kudu hide by workers in Namibia. These amazing, vivid photographs were taken on a recent trip to the workshop base as part of the Opening Ceremony portion of the Schier campaign.
