Stephen Wiltshire is an artist known for his talent for drawing lifelike, accurate representations of cities, sometimes after having only observed them briefly. Born in London to West Indian parents, Stephen was mute as a child, and was diagnosed with autism at age three. In 2006, Stephen was awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire, in recognition of his services through art. Stephen also received an Honorary Life Fellowship in 2011, from the Society of Architectural Illustrators.
